Mike

After living through the .com highs and lows, Mike decided it was time to better understand the world of the startup. In 2004, he earned hisMBA through the part time program at the Fisher College of Business where was was recognized by the faculty for academic excellence. More recently, he has been a featured speaker at RailsConf, The Rails Edge andRuby East.

After spending quite a few years developing web applications, Mike is both loving and cursing development for the iPhone. He has worked on extensions to OCMock to improve partial mock support and hopes to learn a lot from all of your excellent recipes.

When not running Elevated Rails, Mike can often be found running with Back On My Feet. He has run three marathons and hopes to eventually qualify for Boston. He is currently training for his first ultramarathon. Mike lives in Philadelphia with his wife Jen and their two dogs. Together they enjoy cooking and Ohio State athletics.
